  • £15 - £16 per hour

As a Chef at Sodexo in Priory Hospital Bristol, you'll play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall dining experience. You'll be responsible for managing your own section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. What you'll do:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
  • Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
  • Support, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
What you bring:
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' experience as a chef
  • Food Safety Certificate level 2 or 3
  • Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Clear, respectful communication and a strong team spirit
