Le Café NAC is a new all-day dining concept in Belgravia, and we’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This exciting venue offers French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

POSITION SUMMARY

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen and ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Working under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience at every service.

This position is perfect for a chef who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within an exciting and dynamic hospitality group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take full ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of prep, cooking, and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in your section at all times.
  • Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimising food waste.
  • Follow recipes and kitchen procedures while contributing ideas for improvement.
  • Train and support junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative kitchen culture.
  • Uphold food safety, allergen, and health & safety guidelines at all times.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.
  • Passion for Food: A love for French and globally inspired cuisine, and a desire to keep learning and evolving.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knife skills, cooking techniques, and understanding of kitchen operations.
  • Team Player: Positive, reliable, and collaborative with great communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards when it comes to plating, cleanliness, and consistency.
  • Adaptability: Able to stay calm and focused under pressure and during busy services.
