Chartered Valuation Surveyor- Leeds

My client is expanding its Leeds Valuation team and is looking for experienced Chartered Surveyors to join our established and growing department. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, professional environment where your expertise and contributions will be truly valued.

About the Role

As a key member of our Valuation team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, RICS-compliant valuation reports across a wide variety of property types. You'll conduct inspections, undertake due diligence, gather and analyse comparable evidence, and support Landlord & Tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake valuations across commercial and residential property types (retail, office, industrial, etc.)
  • Produce detailed, accurate valuation reports in accordance with RICS standards
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships, providing tailored advisory services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform valuations and client guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments for integrated client service
  • Support junior team members through mentorship
  • Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to departmental growth
  • Ensure compliance with all professional, legal, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

  • MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
  • Proven experience in residential and/or commercial property valuations
  • Strong technical understanding of property markets and valuation methodologies
