The Role

• Delivering professional surveying services across a variety of projects
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance
• Conducting building surveys including defect analysis, condition surveys, and project monitoring
• Producing detailed reports, specifications, and recommendations for clients
• Managing projects independently, ensuring delivery to budget, programme, and quality standards
• Mentoring and supporting junior staff, contributing to team development
• Collaborating with colleagues across the practice to ensure consistent service quality

About You

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, or working towards chartership
• Strong experience in a consultancy or professional surveying environment
• Ability to deliver technically challenging and professionally focussed work
