A public safety organization in England is seeking a Resourcing, Talent and Wellbeing Lead. This role involves managing a dedicated team and implementing key policies to enhance recruitment practices and promote employee wellbeing and inclusion. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for people, ready to make a positive impact across the organization.
As our Resourcing, Talent and Wellbeing Lead, you’ll manage a dedicated team responsible for recruitment and fitness, and play a hands-on role in resourcing at all levels. You’ll be instrumental in writing and implementing key policies that support our people strategy – from attracting top talent to promoting a culture of wellbeing and inclusion, monitoring key data and delivering training across all levels of our service.
