A leading community support organization is looking for an Employment Support Worker to join their Southampton Hub. In this role, you will support individuals seeking employment and undertake related activities such as arranging job fairs and building relationships with employers. The ideal candidate will have experience in community roles and the ability to connect people with opportunities to enable their success. Employment Support Workers based in Southampton Hub. The hub‑based role supporting the hub and wider community to achieve the employment target. The Support worker will hold a caseload of participants who are seeking employment and completing any employment related activities as required. They will also be responsible for arranging jobs fairs, brokering relationships with employers and utilising LMI data to source training and employment opportunities.
You will be based in Southampton
