  • Strengthen financial, risk, and audit frameworks across all jurisdictions, ensuring robust compliance, including ESG and sustainability reporting.
  • Lead the full spectrum of financial operations, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring high-quality insights that inform strategic, data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and controls, enabling scalability, operational efficiency, and organisational maturity.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing, multi‑site finance function, developing capability and succession pipelines aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.

The Chief Financial Officer will be an experienced and fully qualified accountant with demonstrable executive‑level experience, ideally gained within a high‑growth or regulated environment. An exemplar finance leader with gravitas, a clear and influential communication style, they will possess strong strategic judgement and exceptional stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Exposure to a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting and data‑driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of financial governance, risk management frameworks, and audit requirements.
