As aCentre Managerat Bupa Health Clinics, you’ll lead the operational and clinical performance of London Euston Clinic, ensuring excellence in customer service, regulatory compliance, and team development. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, improving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all service lines.

How you’ll help us make health happen

  • Lead and manage all Health Centre operations, overseeing client relationships, contracts, and service delivery to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive commercial growth and operational efficiency, including resource scheduling, cost control, and local marketing initiatives to maximise business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with corporate clients, consultants, and internal teams to support new service lines and promote Bupa’s Connected Care model.
  • Analyse customer feedback, complaints, and performance data to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards (including CQC), clinical governance, and statutory obligations such as health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, embedding a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous learning. Use employee feedback to drive engagement and performance.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and service integration, aligning operations with strategic goals and customer needs.

Key Skills / Qualifications

  • Strong experience in operational leadership and people management within a regulated healthcare or wellbeing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and motivate teams.
  • Commercial acumen and a track record of driving business performance.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in project management, risk management, and service development.
