Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the centre team to deliver outstanding customer experience and satisfaction.
• drive business performance and manage day-to-day operations to meet KPIs.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and training; engage and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
• Manage high sales turnover and monitor KPI performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff, verbally and in writing.
• Utilise in-house IT systems and manage time effectively.
• Hold a current valid driving licence.
