A leading insurance company in Greater London is seeking an experienced professional to provide strategic and operational support to the Group Head of Underwriting & Reinsurance Operations. The candidate will lead the Reinsurance Administration team, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of accuracy. Essential criteria include ACII qualification or progression toward it, knowledge of insurance operations, and proven leadership skills. The role offers a dynamic work environment focused on collaboration and employee growth.
Provide strategic and operational support to the Group Head of Underwriting & Reinsurance Operations in delivering Beazley's vision of being the highest performing specialist insurer. To work with the Group Head of Underwriting & Reinsurance Operations in the leading, managing, and developing the Reinsurance Administration team.
