Role: CCTV Engineer
Location: Swindon and surrounding areas
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible)
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate

About the Role for CCTV Engineer: We are seeking an experienced CCTV Field Engineer to handle fault requests, perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and support high-end, large-scale integrated security systems.

Key Responsibilities for the role of CCTV Engineer will involve:

  1. Maintain and repair complex Analogue & Digital CCTV Systems across public highways, shopping malls, custodial facilities, and general areas
  2. Manage and maintain functional and managed control rooms
  3. Provide excellent customer service while working to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  4. Support and maintain Perimeter Detection Systems
  5. Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  6. Update the helpdesk on job status and outcomes

What We're Looking for in the role of CCTV Engineer:

  • Experience in repair & maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, or fire systems)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Access Control systems with Site Mustering (advantageous)
  • A valid driving license
  • Flexibility with working hours when required

Desirable experience includes: PIDs, Galaxy Alarms, Cortech, CEM Access Control, Synergy, Video Matrix Systems, IP Systems, Networks, RAID Recording, and first-line repairs on gates & barriers.
