Overview

We''ve just had a major makeover in our restaurant, and now we''re looking for fresh faces to join our buzzing team - including our We Proudly Serve Starbucks counter!

What''s the role? Think of it as a hospitality adventure. One day you''ll be crafting Starbucks drinks for colleagues and customers like a barista boss, the next you might be whipping up sandwiches, fruit pots, or helping place orders. You could even be rolling through the hospital with our retail trolley service, bringing snacks and smiles to staff and service users alike. You''ll also be keeping our restaurant and counter looking clean, welcoming, and professional - because first impressions matter, and we like to sparkle.

We''re open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so flexibility is key. Shifts run between 07:00 and 20:00, and your shifts will be Thursday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and customer service across the restaurant and Starbucks counter.
• Prepare and serve hot beverages to company standards and licence standards for brand drinks.
• Prepare salads, vegetables and sandwiches to the required departmental standard; replenish foodstuffs and maintain presentation and portion control.
• Carry out cleaning duties, including deep cleans, and clear away from tables to keep a tidy environment.
• Maintain high personal standards of performance, hygiene and appearance; ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health and safety and cleanliness in the kitchen and ancillary areas.
• Report accidents and near misses within 24 hours.
• Participate in training; full onboarding and ongoing development are provided.
