Responsibilities
- Operate all dishwashing equipment safely.
- Clean kitchens and staff cafeteria garbage.
- Ensure cleanliness of stoves, grills, and bain-marie.
- Maintain supply of clean operating equipment.
- Ensure chefs have clean pans for cooking.

Responsibilities
- Operate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures
- Clean all garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria, as required
- Ensure all used stoves, grills and bain-marie are clean, using the correct chemicals and cleaning equipment
- Make sure that all food outlets have an adequate supply of clean operating equipment at all times
- Make sure that chefs have a continuous supply of clean pans for cooking
