Equifind is supporting a retail Broker / Asset Management business in recruiting for a permanent CASS Manager based by Liverpool Street London. The role will work in the office 2 days a week with the remaining days flexible.

The Role

The CASS Manager reports to the COO and plays a strategic yet hands‑on role in all CASS matters.

The position involves developing CASS MI, ensuring business policies and procedures comply with FCA rules, documenting breaches, leading the CASS audit, investigating FCA regulations, interpreting them, and managing related ad‑hoc projects.

Compensation

£80,000 – £90,000 base salary, plus benefits and bonus.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Manager in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA rules, compliance and audit processes.
  • Ability to develop and maintain CASS MI and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in audit, compliance and financial operations.
