A public sector organization in Solihull is seeking a Caseworker Hub Manager to oversee a team supporting the Education, Health and Care Plan Team. This role involves managing data systems, ensuring compliance with EHCP processes, and enhancing service standards. Caseworker Hub Manager – Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Team

This is an exciting time to join Solihull’s Education, Health and Care Plan Team as we continue to grow our service. We have an integral opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Caseworker Hub Manager.
We are looking for a professional with experience with data systems and in special educational needs who is seeking a new challenge and responsibility in an exciting and fast-paced role. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will manage a team of Caseworkers supporting the EHCP Officers, Senior EHCP Officers and EHCP Team Manager in meeting the local authority’s legal duties and working processes.
As a Caseworker Hub Manager you will:

This role offers hybrid working opportunities - currently office-based three days per week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the option of working from home on a Thursday and Friday.
