Overview

Will work alongside an organisation renowned for its knowledge, expertise and quality. We are an organisation that clients, families, solicitors and insurers rely upon and trust. As an Associate Case Manager at Bush & Co you will be offered support to manage your caseloads, including access to a clinical governance team, safeguarding leads, a Clinical Operations team and case‑led reviews. You will also have access to a CPD package and the option to enrol on our case management and clinical mentorship programme.

Skills & Experience Required
  • At least 5 years post‑qualified clinical experience
  • A valid clinical registration with an appropriate clinical body (HCPC, NMC, SWE)
  • Previous experience establishing or implementing rehabilitation packages
  • Previous experience within case management or working in a community setting is advantageous
  • Strong relationship‑building skills
  • Driver with access to own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, Scotland and Wales

Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of clients through their rehabilitation
  • Leading on assessments in the home and developing a rehabilitation plan, including goal setting
  • Signposting and advocating for clients, assessing rehabilitation support needs to maximise client rehabilitation
  • Working with the MDT to re‑introduce clients into their communities, social lives, work or meaningful activity
  • Managing all documentation in relation to the client’s case file
