Career Opportunities with The Villages of Indiana

The Villages is seeking dynamic Case Manager - Floater candidates to provide services to clients of the agency across the state of Indiana in a variety of case management roles.

This position requires extensive travel throughout the state of Indiana.

The Case Manager - Floater will:

Be responsible for facilitating the implementation of comprehensive services as needed, assessing and monitoring the needs of children, youth, and families

Provide case management support services using a child, youth, and family team approach for a variety of Villages of Indiana Programs including but not limited to Foster Care, Intensive Foster Care, Family Preservation, Licensing, and Older Youth Services.

Act as a liaison between The Villages and referring agencies, schools, community resources and The Villages’ Administrative Staff.

Report safety concerns to supervisor, immediately, when made aware and provide evening and weekend contact with clients as well as on call duties for crisis and placements

Position Requirements:

  • A Bachelors from an accredited four-year college is required.
    • If BSW, then LBSW is required

Five years of supervised, paid case work experience. Two years of which in an approved child-placing agency.
