  • Partner with the Business Architect to shape inclusive, effective design solutions that support our case management strategy
  • Lead engaging workshops to uncover challenges, map processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Define clear, actionable acceptance criteria and support delivery validation with the Business Product Owner
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements of our case management tools, encouraging innovation and adaptability
  • Use data-led insights to guide prioritisation across backlogs, new ideas, and strategic change initiatives
What you will get from the role
  • Build a strong understanding of FCA operations and contribute to best practice in digital product delivery.
  • Help shape the future of our Regulatory Case Management service through meaningful input and insight.
  • Play a key role in evolving our agile ways of working, supporting business-led product ownership.
  • Connect with senior stakeholders on high-impact, strategic programmes.
  • Join a supportive team that values learning, shared success, and personal growth
