About CBCR Ltd

CBCR Ltd works on a consultancy basis in partnership with an Ipswich‑based Chartered Building Company to find two multi‑skilled tradespeople: a Carpenter and a Painter/Decorator with skills such as basic ceramic tiling and mastic. They will work alongside the existing team on customer care and construction projects.

Company Focus

The company undertakes various construction works, including refurbishments of void properties for Local Authorities and Housing Associations, post‑sale customer care snagging/defect items on behalf of PLC and volume housebuilders, and general construction projects across East Anglia. They have a strong client base and pride themselves on providing professional services to corporate and private clients.

Role Overview

The role will predominantly involve working in empty void properties to refurbish them for the next tenants on behalf of LA/HA clients. The company also carries out NHBC remedial works, so you may from time to time be asked to assist in resolving defects in occupied homes in line with NHBC standards.
