Caretaker - St Mary's CE Primary Hawkshaw

Caretaking and Cleaning Services are seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated Caretaker, who will be based at St Mary's CofE Primary, Bolton Road, Bury BL8 4JL

The Job

The salary for this post will be Grade 5 pro rata, starting at £6,788 going up to £6,895 approximately per annum.

This post is a fixed contract for 12 months with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafter. It will be an all year round position for 10 hours per week.

Work Pattern: 6:30am 8:30am Monday to Friday.

This role includes the responsibility of being a key holder, cleaning, ensuring the environment is secure and sharing responsibility for the opening and closing of the premises. It will also require some DIY work as and when required.

You must be physically capable of undertaking the duties required. Relevant experience is an advantage although not essential as training will be provided.
