A leading care provider in Rugby is seeking CARE PROFESSIONALS to assist older adults in their daily routines, promoting their independence and wellbeing. The role involves providing personal care, companionship, and support in various daily activities. Ideal candidates should be empathetic, communicative, and willing to engage with clients. Competitive pay of £13.00 - £14.00 per hour plus mileage allowance is offered, alongside ongoing training and support. Applications are encouraged from all community sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award‑winning care provider, specialising in companionship and personal care to private clients within their own homes. You will be supporting older people to help them remain independent. You will be helping them achieve this by:

Excellent hourly rate of £13.00 - £14.00 per hour + mileage allowance.
Continuous training and support, with ongoing progression.
Firstly, you will want to make a difference to someone’s life and have a big heart!
You will be able to strike a relationship and rapport with the person you are paired with.
You will also be happy to provide personal care, which could be helping someone brush their teeth, assisting with washing, dressing and feeding, or brushing their hair.
