We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Careline Officer to join our dedicated team providing 24/7 support to vulnerable individuals through our emergency response service. You will be the first point of contact for service users, responding to alarm calls and coordinating appropriate assistance to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
