Overview

Ideal role for Care Assistants who are seeking part time hours with the flexibility on being able to choose when they work, plus weekly pay benefits.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants for both day and night shifts on weekends at our welcoming care home in the NG8 area. This is your chance to provide exceptional care and support to our wonderful residents.

Responsibilities

• assisting them with personal care,
• mobility,
• daily routines to ensure their comfort and safety.
• help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Your responsibilities will include
• monitoring residents,
• responding to any emergencies,
• keeping accurate records of the care provided.

Qualifications

• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS have expired, we can arrange a new one

You will be able to work from 16:00 to 22:00, Saturday and Sundays.

Rate of pay for this role is £12.35 per hour, plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
