Overview

As a Care Team Leader at Sanders Senior Living, you will demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and compassion. The role involves planning and delivering high-quality care to help residents feel safe, respected, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring adherence to the highest care standards.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
• Handle medication and ensure it is managed in accordance with medication audits and procedures.
• Develop person-centred care plans and apply dementia care expertise to deliver exceptional care.
• Demonstrate positive energy, build strong relationships, and maintain strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
