Job Description

We are looking for a Care Team Leader / Trainer to support and line‑manage our dedicated Care Professionals. This is a full‑time position, based both in our office and out in the community, with participation in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver new Care Professional Orientation Training
  • Facilitate Home Instead’s Dementia and End of Life Care training courses
  • Support Care Professionals in the community and during on‑call hours
  • Be trained and qualified to deliver Medication Administration and Moving & Positioning support
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to provide the highest standard of care
Qualifications
  • Is passionate about helping others and supporting colleagues
  • Has strong communication and leadership skills
  • Is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional care
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own car
