Job description
Overview

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. You will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs adhered to at all times. You will be a team player with good communication skills, act with kindness, integrity and fairness, and demonstrate respect to residents, their families and colleagues. You will hold SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care and have previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care. The advertised rate is £14.30 to £14.65 per hour for Kirkby.
