Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that residents’ choices, dignity, independence and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.
Package Description: Shift Details: fixed term contract 8am-8pm, alternate weekends required
