Responsibilities
  • Promote and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
  • Closely monitor and report on residents' daily progress, ensuring observations and interventions are recorded.
  • Address concerns or complaints from residents or relatives in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner.
  • Provide ongoing support for residents, their families and the Care Services Team.
About the role

Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that residents’ choices, dignity, independence and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.

Package and shift details

Package Description: Shift Details: fixed term contract 8am-8pm, alternate weekends required
