A leading optical retailer in Nuneaton is seeking a Care Services Partner to ensure excellent customer care in a pharmacy setting. Responsibilities include planning the service workload, working closely with care homes, and supporting dispensing duties. Ideal candidates will have an NVQ2 in Pharmaceutical Science. This role is a Care Services Partner responsible for providing a single point of contact for care home customers, ensuring excellent customer care while leading the operational running of the care services pharmacy.
As a Care Services Partner, you will work in partnership with local stakeholders to enable delivery of this outstanding level of service to care services users. You will work onsite and report to the store manager.
