We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heart who wants to make a true difference in the quality of life of our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea. As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independently as possible in their own homes with your support.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship
  • Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
  • Meal preparation and light housework
  • Building strong professional relationships
  • Assistance with personal care and taking medications
  • Daily exercise
What does being a Caregiver involve?
  • Minimum 2-hour visits
  • Shadowing before care starts with a trained care professional
  • Introductions to all new clients
  • Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests
  • Visiting the same clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationships

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. You will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful and be able to provide availability which may include alternate weekends. You will need to enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
