Care Practitioner Nights – Burscough Manor Care Home

£12.38 per hour

Shifts: 8pm – 8am • 3 or 4 nights per week, including some weekend work

We’re currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Care Practitioners to join our team. Whether you\'re experienced or just starting out, if you have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
  • Offer emotional reassurance and companionship during quiet hours
  • Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to overnight needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
  • Work closely with the night team to ensure continuity of care

*Overtime is paid for working over full-time hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
