Overview

We are a friendly and dynamic care provider seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Care Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, and confident in managing the varied tasks involved in delivering exceptional care. A valid UK driver’s licence and access to your own transport are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Advise and direct care staff in their role
  • Meet and arrange care for new clients, making assessments of care needs and liaising with healthcare professionals
  • Conduct reviews of clients and do staff supervisions
  • Take phone calls, arrange staff rotas and training sessions
  • Maintain industry and CQC standards of care provision
  • Provide hands-on care in the community during emergency situations where immediate care is needed
  • Help develop our services throughout Oxfordshire
Experience / Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 or above or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in care coordination
