Overview

We are looking for a Care Co-ordinator based in Yeovil. Are you an organised, people-focused individual with a passion for high-quality care? We're looking for a dedicated Care Co-ordinator to join a friendly and professional team, delivering outstanding home care services in the local area. You don't need to have worked as a Care Coordinator before, if you have a background in providing care and would like to move into an office environment, we will welcome your application.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Yeovil paying up to £28,000 PA depending on your experience. This role is working Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00.

You'll play a key part in the scheduling team, ensuring continuity and quality of care for our clients while supporting the care professionals. The role is fast-paced and requires someone calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships.
