If you are a caring person who has strong communication and relationship building skills then this is the job for you. You’ll possess a good attention to detail and be able to work on your own as well as part of the wider Care Assistant team. Care experience is not necessary as we provide full training and support.

Role and Responsibilities

Provide non-medical care, home help and companionship to elderly clients in their own homes. Support clients while maintaining their independence and dignity. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a high standard of care is delivered during each visit. All visits are scheduled with a minimum duration of one hour. We provide award-winning training and ongoing support.

Requirements

FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE IS REQUIRED

Applicants must be 18+ years old, have the right to work in the UK and be able to drive with a reliable car.
