A leading elderly care provider in the UK is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver personal care to residents. The role requires effective communication skills and respect for residents' dignity. Experience is not needed as thorough training is provided. This position offers flexible working hours, ensuring a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Package Description:
Shift Details: 2 x 25 hours per week, 7 pm - 07:30 am
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high standards of personal care to residents, contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services, assist with personal hygiene, recognise clinical risk areas and escalate identified risks promptly, and maintain dignity and individuality of residents. You will work within safe systems of work and benefit from Avery’s thorough induction and training program.
