As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. You will work closely with the care team to maintain continuity of services, recognise and escalate any clinical risks in a timely manner. Strong communication, initiative, and the ability to adapt to a range of responsibilities are key to success.
