Job description
Overview

Earn up to £16.24 per hour within a extra care residential property based in the Chesterfield area.

We’re looking for experienced Care Assistants to join a extra care service where each resident has their own flat within the building. The care provider delivers a “community-style” service entirely on-site, offering the same level of personalised support you’d expect in traditional community care—without the need to travel between homes.

Residents are semi-independent, but your role will include personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, domestic duties, and occasional shopping trips in the local area. Some residents require double-up care and assisted moving using hoists and other mobility aids. Care is delivered through a mix of scheduled service calls and ad-hoc visits, all within the same building.

If you’re looking for a fresh opportunity that offers ongoing hours, a supportive team, and the feel of community care without the commute, apply today!
