A care service provider is seeking a Care Assistant in Bedford for full-time and part-time roles. You will support clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, medication, and companionship. Location : Bedford
Pay : £14.50–£15.50 per hour + mileage
Hours : Full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts
Shifts : 07 : 00–14 : 00 or 16 : 00–22 : 00 (flexible). Must be available every other weekend
Start : Immediate starts once onboarding is completed

Your Role as a Care Assistant
You’ll play a key part in helping clients stay independent, confident, and comfortable in their own homes.
Each day may include :
Encouraging confidence and independence
Helping clients enjoy their favourite hobbies, activities, or outings Every visit is at least 1 hour long — meaning you have time to do things properly, with dignity, patience, and warmth.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need professional care experience. We’re looking for people who are :
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
Have the right to work in the UK If you have the heart for care, we’ll give you the skills.
