Job description

Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. Our clients and staff are the heart and soul of Home Instead. We do this by having a minimum of one hour visit and by ensuring our staff are well trained.

Responsibilities

• Home Help – Helping with everyday tasks from tidying, laundry, hoovering and meal preparation/cooking.
• Companionship – Ensuring clients enjoy social interactions daily from chatting, playing board games, going on social outing days or accompanying to appointments/shopping.
• Personal care – Supporting clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
• Medication support – prompting, assisting and administering as appropriate.

Work Schedule: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Driving license essential with access to vehicle and must have the right to work in the UK

Qualifications

Prior care experience is desired but not essential.
