You will be supporting clients in the Yealmpton, Newton Ferrers, Brixton and Holbeton areas.

What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant
  • Competitive Pay: £13.00 per hour on weekdays, £14.00 per hour on weekends. Double time on bank holidays.
  • Mileage Compensation: 33p per mile.
  • Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring quality time with clients.
  • Local Shifts: Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage.
  • Comprehensive Training: Great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support.

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Assist with light housekeeping and errands
  • Support clients with mobility and physical activities
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications

  • Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work.
