Overview

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers. This special service provides exceptional, specialised care for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care and offers a peaceful and comfortable haven for all residents.

Responsibilities
  • Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
  • Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
  • Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
  • Ensure accurate record keeping at all times
Requirements
  • To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Have a genuine desire to care for others
  • A good team player
  • In a remote location so a Driving Licence is desirable, however transport can be provided
Benefits and remuneration
  • Salary of £12.60 per hour; annual salary of £23,587.20
  • This is a permanent full-time role for 36 hours a week on days
