A community healthcare provider in Greater Manchester seeks a Complex Care Assistant. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities include caring for clients with complex needs in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. Independent Community Care Management is part of City & County Healthcare Group. Location: Wigan. Pay Rate: £13 per hour. Shifts Available: 8 am–8 pm and 8 pm–8 am. Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more. We care for and support people of all ages in the community and their homes with spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs. Every day will be different, and you’ll be faced with new challenges. You’ll help make your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.
What you’ll need: You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role — just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience, as we provide full nurse-led training.
