Responsibilities
  • Helping our wonderful clients with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and grooming—making sure they feel fantastic.
  • Assisting with mobility so they can move about safely and comfortably.
  • Preparing tasty meals.
  • Administering medication (training provided to help you build confidence).
  • Being a friendly face and offering emotional support—sometimes, a little chat makes all the difference.
  • Helping with light household chores so everything stays cozy and tidy.
  • Keeping an eye out for any changes in health or behaviour and letting the right people know.
  • Keeping simple records—nothing complicated, just ensuring everything is noted down properly.
  • No experience? No worries! We provide full training—just bring your kindness and enthusiasm.
  • A heart full of care and a genuine love for helping others.
  • Great communication skills—whether you\'re chatting with clients or catching up with teammates.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of our supportive team.
  • Flexibility—shifts will include evenings and alternate weekends; we will do our best to work with your availability.
  • A valid driving license and access to reliable transport.
  • Bonus points if you have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, but it\'s not a dealbreaker.
