Company Description

At Home Insteadwe’re passionate about addressing social isolation through our companionship-led care and support. We help our elderly clients to live well at home for longer and to keep visiting the people and places they love.

With visits of two hours or longer, excellent reviews from our clients and the Care Inspectorate, and various awards - everyone who works with us takes great pride in all we are achieving.

Job Description

All our visits are for two hours or longer, meaning there's always #TimeToCare.
All visits are different . We offer a range of visit types to help with our clients needs .

  • Companionship - This can be anything from having a chat over a cuppa to accompanying clients out to social events, lunch, doctor’s appointments or just getting out for nice walk.
  • Home Help - Light housework can be requested to help maintain the client’s home. Helping with shopping and meal preparation.
  • Supporting clients with daily tasks - This can be anything from helping clients with their medication to helping clients get ready for the day.

Flexible and rewarding part-time work, 10 to 25 hours per week -
We also have part-time positions for a regular availability around other commitments, so you’ll still visit regular clients with a consistent rota.
We are looking for reliable, caring and compassionate people of all ages & all walks of life - to join our team of fantastic care professionals .
