We’re looking for domiciliary carer assistants to join our visiting care team, providing high-quality, person-centred care in Chalfont and surrounding areas. You must be a driver with use of a car to serve clients in rural areas not accessible by public transport and you must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

As an hourly / domiciliary care assistant, you’ll use your skills and compassion to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You’ll provide personalised care during home visits, with calls lasting a minimum of one hour to ensure quality support and meaningful connections.
