Car Supermarket Sales Controller

Hinckley

Salary: 30k

Uncapped Commission Earnings - realistic OTE up to 60K.

Contract: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week

Permanent from day one

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a busy team in a high-volume supermarket environment.
• Drive team targets, mentor sales techniques, and audit financial documents.
• Take overall responsibility for the performance of the site.
• Guide the team through the entire customer journey, from initial contact to final sale, with support from the telesales team.

Qualifications

• The ability to mentor and lead others
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A keen eye for detail
• A willingness to obtain FCA Accreditation (training provided)
• Experience in volume used car sales management (Must Have)
• A professional appearance
