Car Sales Manager – Bridgwater / Taunton / Wellington / Tiverton area

Are you currently looking for a new role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Manager to join a busy main dealer in the Bridgwater / Taunton / Wellington / Tiverton area.

We are working with a main car dealership seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Car Sales Manager to join their team.

You will be currently working as a Sales Manager within the motor trade, with a background in management and an excellent, successful track record.

You must possess outstanding qualities to be considered for this role, demonstrating your achievements and leadership qualities. You will be dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly professional. You will be managing a successful sales operation and looking to progress your career.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving the business forward to maximise car sales and profits, as well as customer satisfaction.
  2. Working in an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness.
  3. Providing guidance, training, and motivation to team members of all levels to maximise potential and create a strong, focused sales team.
  4. Maximising customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  5. Ensuring the sales process is followed consistently to maximise sales opportunities.
  6. Liaising with the manufacturer to achieve volume, CSI, and other aspirations.

As a Car Sales Manager, you will:
