From influencer activations and press launches to consumer-facing experiences, our events are designed to create impact, spark conversation and deliver memorable moments. As Events Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of events across influencer, press and consumer audiences, taking full ownership from initial briefing through to execution. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive events professional with strong client management skills and a passion for delivering standout experiences. You will be part of a collaborative and fast-growing team, working closely with clients, creators, media and partners to deliver events that align with capsule\'s creative vision and strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage and deliver a range of influencer, press and consumer events on behalf of capsule communications and its clients
  • Take full ownership of events from initial enquiry and briefing through to delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and a professional, welcoming experience
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue sourcing, supplier liaison and diary management
  • Oversee day-to-day event operations, ensuring all events run smoothly and to a high standard
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver events successfully
  • Support the planning and production of flagship and high-profile brand events
  • Track budgets and event performance, contributing to continuous improvement
  • Manage and support event coordinators or team members where required
Qualifications
  • You\'ll be a natural fit for this role if you\'re organised, confident and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong client service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working with technical and audiovisual event setups
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and adapt quickly
  • Experience using booking or event management platforms
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring an events or coordination team
  • A background in events, communications, PR, hospitality or a related field
  • Catering or food service experience (desirable but not essential)
