The Strategic Asset Services team plays a crucial role in enabling safe, sustainable, and high-quality patient care through capital investment and infrastructure delivery. The Opportunity: Our client is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Capital Project Manager to lead the delivery of estates and infrastructure projects across the healthcare estate. You’ll oversee projects from initial feasibility through to completion, coordinating internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and timely outcomes. This is a hands-on role that demands strong project management capabilities, effective stakeholder engagement, and a solution-oriented mindset. You’ll be part of a supportive team driving real improvements across the built environment.

  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Chartered status or professional membership is desirable
