Capital & Liquidity Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting) London x5 Days on-site £600-£650 emagine is a high-end professional services consultancy and solutions firm. Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of regulatory change and reporting initiatives, performing requirements gathering, detailed systems and reporting analysis, and delivering solutions that meet regulatory obligations under Basel III and related capital and liquidity frameworks.
  • Gather and document business requirements, producing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
  • Conduct detailed reporting and systems analysis, including data mapping and validation.
  • Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases; perform system and integration testing, and support business stakeholders with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Compile, analyse, and present test results to stakeholders.
  • Provide project/workstream status reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver ad-hoc BAU support, including root cause analysis of production system issues and assessment of materiality.
  • Develop and maintain regression and test packs to support broader regulatory programme adoption and user-led testing.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven Business Analysis experience within top-tier financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital & Liquidity reporting (SA-CCR, LE BA-CVA, LCR, NSFR, Liquidity Stress Testing).
  • In-depth understanding of Basel III Capital Requirements.
  • Broad knowledge of financial products across asset classes (Derivatives, Bonds, FX).
  • Experience with Moody's RiskAuthority or similar regulatory reporting platforms (desirable).
  • Strong track record of testing regulatory reports and interpreting results.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels across business and technology functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience delivering under pressure in both team and autonomous settings.
