A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking a Capacity Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will ensure that the Motor Claims team has the right people in place to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include capacity planning, budget management, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, experience in capacity planning, and be proficient in Excel. This role includes hybrid working and offers a competitive salary plus benefits.

Location: Norwich, Glasgow or Perth based (50% hybrid working)
Salary: circa £36,000

You’ll play a key role in making sure our Motor Claims team has the right people in the right place at the right time. By understanding customer demand and predicting future needs, you’ll help us deliver excellent service every day. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Claims and Operations to create and maintain capacity plans that support both short-term service and long-term growth. Your insights will help us manage budgets, plan recruitment, and keep things running efficiently.
